I did suggest Danganrompa to her, as I'm playing 2 right now.
As for JRPG games, there are a lot of great Final Fantasy games on Steam you can choose from, but besides that, the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, and Valkyrie Chronicles are great games in my opinion. I assume your friend has/uses Steam and in that case, If it counts as a visual novel, Danganronpa V3, and the rest of the games in the series are fantastic, and have the option to play with English/Japanese voice.

Available on PC She's already playing Hakuoki, she has Pyschopass: Mandatory Happiness and Amnesia: Memories on her wishlist.The ability to play with Japanese audio and English subtitles (or I suppose English audio with Japanese subtitles).I was hoping some people could point me in the right direction.
She asked me for some game recommendations but, as I'm a console player and she's a PC player, I'm limited in what I know. A friend of mine just started the play video games for, essentially, the first time ever.
